The legal basis for these data processing procedures are

  • legal, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting, litigation and § 96 TKG and
  • our legitimate interests (e.g. the improvement of our customer service, including in the area of direct advertising, or the protection of our own legal interests)

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship and, in addition, by the legal storage obligations applicable to us. If your interest in our services has increased and you would like to receive an individual, binding offer from us, you must fill out the booking form provided. The following data will be saved: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, postal code, city, date of birth.

Depending on the course or trip, also the travel destination, participants, details of the trip such as equipment rental, kite level and similar, in each case adapted to the performance, will be saved. The details of the data that are stored are shown in the booking form that has to be filled out, where you can indicate your consent to the data processing by checking the checkbox.

This data is necessary to fulfill our pre-contractual and contractual obligations and furthermore to be able to adapt the offered services to your individual needs and wishes in the best possible way.


You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your subscription. The newsletter will be sent by our processor “Mailchimp”, so the following data, which you provide yourself, will be stored and processed by Mailchimp: First name, last name and date of birth. You can cancel the subscription of the newsletter at any time directly in our news. We will then delete your data immediately in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that took place on the basis of the agreement until the revocation.

How long will your data be processed?

In any case, your data will be deleted after cancellation of a purchase or booking process. In any case, your data will be stored as long and to the extent required by the contractual basis. After termination of the contract, your data will be kept for a maximum of 7 years in accordance with the accounting obligations imposed on us. In addition, your data will be stored on the basis of our legitimate interest until we receive a justified objection from you, or on the basis of your explicit consent until you revoke this consent.

In addition, the data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will be stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). Retargeting technologies

At best, we use the remarketing or “Similar Target Groups” function of Google and Facebook. This feature allows us to target you with advertisements on the sites by showing personalized, interest-based ads to users of the site when you visit other sites.
